This programme is a great kick start to developing a healthier way of life and I have incorporated exercise into it, which is toning up the body shape at the same time. Nothing about this programme is depriving – e.g. there are even carob-covered peanut butter bars to chew on and strawberry-flavoured shakes – it is not all rabbit food and tasteless powder! I would highly recommend this programme as it is a reasonable cost, easy to follow and Tacy’s continual encouragement and knowledgeable instructions make it less of a chore and more of a treat, especially when you begin to see results.
Because the program has been scientifically formulated to reset the body’s metabolism quickly and easily, it’s a very convenient and practical way for most people to experience what it feels like to have a normal metabolism with stable blood sugar. What is particularly remarkable is that the first fat to go is that which surrounds the abdomen, typically the most ‘stubborn’ fat to get rid of…. I had been feeling tired a lot of the time and also wanted to lose a little weight. I had started to make improvements to my diet and lifestyle, but needed advice and more motivation. Tacy carefully took me through my current eating and drinking habits, as well as my exercise routines, and suggested realistic ways that I could change them for the better. She also pointed out the things that I was already doing right, which was very encouraging. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t necessarily expect me to make drastic changes, but to make changes gradually and build on my good habits. This is quite a contrast with some wellness advisors, who propose such radical changes that you feel defeated before you start! Having taken her advice on board, I am starting to make changes and already feel that my mental attitude to my health is much more positive. Today is the 10lb mark! My newest pair of jeans (which were a size down) are officially too big today. I can pull them down without unsnapping them.
After many years, I’m finally seeing results. I’ve tried everything – Weight watchers, Jenny Craig, The New Weight Watchers, Nutra slim, Nutra System, Weight Watchers again (the new “new” program….) no carbs- cycle carbs, Gittleman Fat Flush… I could fill 10 pages.
